OUR COMMITMENT

At Hope Oaks Farm we are committed  to the following:

*  Our animals  have access to green grass, fresh water, plenty of good quality hay and daily  supplements.
*  They receive  yearly check-ups and vaccinations from our veterinarian, regular visits  from our farrier and are on a rotating deworming  schedule.
*  The foals are  imprinted at birth and both mom and baby are visited by our veterinarian  for a check-over and necessary shots, etc.
*   Babies are  weaned between 4 to 6 months of age.
*   All our  donkeys are sold with registration papers or registration application and  their health records.
*   We want our  donkeys to go to good loving homes with other donkeys or animal  companions.  A lone donkey is a sad donkey.
*    We are  happy to assist in scheduling transportation for animals purchased from  us.

Sire: Double N Ditto - 31 1/2" Brown & White Spot

Selling Patches is a decision that tugs at our hearts.  Donkey lovers  will understand.  Patches was Wayne's first donkey....his spotted donkey, he always  said he wanted.   But......and donkey lovers will understand this  too.....
sometimes you just have to let them go.  Patches is a beautiful spotted  jack and  possesses the qualities of his dad, State  Champion Double N Ditto.  He loves  people, is gentle with his girls and pasture breeds with no problems.
His  temperament makes him just a joy to work with.  He has produced spots and  solid colored babies.  If you want a good proven breeding jack, Patches is  your  man.

We are offering Chickolete Warrior and Supplejack together as a pair. Originally we offered Chickolete as a jack and had planned to keep Supplejack (gelding) as a pasture pal for one of our jacks, but these two little boys love each other too much to split up. They were born about 2 weeks apart and have been together since. They have so much fun, we have decided to geld Chickolete so they can stay together. Their  confirmation is great...they are friendly......they are very gentle. Both would be great to show and would make wonderful family pets. The pictures tell the story of the way these little boys spend their time.
